Castle Theatre Company's iconic night of stand up, sketch and improvised comedy acts, hosted in Durham Castle's stunning Great Hall.

Step into the grandeur of Durham Castle’s Great Hall for one night only as Castle Theatre Company presents its annual Comedy Cabaret!

This exclusive black-tie event promises an evening of laughter, wit, and dazzling entertainment. Your ticket includes a drinks reception, setting the stage for a night of stand-up, comedy, and theatrical flair. Gather your friends, raise a glass, and let the laughter flow in Durham’s most iconic venue.

The event will begin at 8.15pm and last until 10.50pm with a 20 minute interval. A drinks reception will begin in the Undercroft Bar from 7.45pm.

The Durham University Chapel Choirs join forces with DSM for a showcase of choral and vocal music, culminating in a thrilling massed performance of Parry’s Blest Pair of Sirens, in support of RT Minds.

Experience an unforgettable evening of choral brilliance with the Durham University Chapel Choirs and Durham Student Music. Featuring all eight chapel choirs of Durham University, they will perform music from Elgar to Joanna Forbes, Howells to Bairstow. The night culminates with an epic joint performance of Parry's Blest Pair of Sirens, accompanied by the DSM Consort. This spectacular concert is raising money for RT Minds, a local mental health charity championing the arts.
