Secret Love in Peach Blossom Land is actually a combination of two drama shows called Secret Love and Peach Blossom Land accidentally held on one stage.
Among them, "Secret Love" is a tragedy about a lover in war times, Jiang and Yun are in deep love but cannot be together till the end of their life. Whilst " Peach Blossom Land " is based on the old fisherman Tao (have the sound of “Peach” in Chinese), the couple Chunhua (means “Spring Flower”) and the boss Yuan Tao (have the sound of “origin” in Chinese). From the plot point of view, they each represent the traditional and avant-garde artistic style. "Secret Love" seems to be more like a mainline, while "Peach Blossom Land" is more like a sideline, interspersed in the other drama from time to time.
Secret Love in Peach Blossom Land is a comedy, combining both frustrated and humorous and showing that the helpless reality still breaks the beautiful fantasy.
